We are the manufacture factory of RF shield near 20 years,with 6000 square meter area and well-equipped,such as 20 sets of stamping machine,a set of bend machine,a set of weld machine and all kinds of inspection equipment.

To control cost,production efficiency and quality,we do all steps in house from tooling design to delivery,we have 4 experienced engineer to design tooling and 7 experienced engineer operator to machine tooling,there are 20 sets of stamping machine in my plant,daily production up to 100,000 PCS each machine.

-We always ship first article sample with full dimension inspection report to our client for validation.

-Inspect several piece of sample before stamping,stamp process can't be started until sample is ok.

-Do inspection every half hours during stamping
